You can get NYC Limousine prices inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude through our connector (see Use us in AI assistants). When you ask an assistant for a price or a question about our service, the assistant sends us only what is needed to answer:

• Trip details: pickup and drop-off locations, date and time (and return date and time for round trips), number of passengers and bags, service type and hours
• The text of a service question you ask, if any

We do not receive your name, your email address, your assistant account, or the rest of your conversation. We also record technical information about each request: the network (IP) address it came from, the country of that address, and the name of the assistant app. For ChatGPT and Claude, requests come from the assistant provider's servers, so this address is the provider's, not your device's.

Each price request is saved as a quote under a quote code, so the price link the assistant gives you opens on nyclimousine.com with your trip filled in, and so our office can find the quote if you contact us. We use this information to provide quotes, operate and secure the service (for example, rate limits), and improve it. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell it.

The connector provides prices and information only. It cannot book, change or cancel rides. If you book on nyclimousine.com, the rest of this policy applies to the information you give us there. Your conversation with the assistant is handled by the assistant's provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) under its own privacy policy. User Control / Opt-Out

You can opt out of marketing communications or third-party sharing by contacting us via our Contact Us page. We may disclose information to law enforcement or government officials as required by law or at our sole discretion.

You can access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting NYC Limousine. Please note that deletions do not remove data from archived or backup databases.
